When Quadrant first opened the doors in 2001 it was as a mortgage brokerage and mortgage banking firm.  Over time we have evolved into a direct lender and in January 2006 the transition was official when Quadrant Financial, Inc. became a subsidiary of First Chatham Bank (Savannah, GA).   Today we continue to grow and our primary source of revenue is the nationwide, direct origination of government sponsored loans (SBA 7a, SBA 504, and USDA).  Quadrant has offices in 9 states, employs more than 30 industry professionals, and has originated millions of dollars in loans to assist small businesses across the United States.  But because of our roots and the relationships that we have nurtured over the years, we are often able to place other deals that don’t fit the SBA or USDA parameters.  Suffice to say, we are proud of our roots, work hard to maintain outstanding referral relationships, and look towards our future with great optimism.  Come grow with us!
